Staff and location are superb, I enjoyed staying here.

Fabulous, contemporary with a great reception. Exceptional staff, brilliant services, including a good choice of tasty delicacies.

I stayed here for 23 nights and liked my choice. I was met by accommodating and immensely pleasant staff at the reception. It was very relaxing time in Puerto del Carmen.

The experience was such wonderful, will be back. The place was clean, I liked its staff and food.

Place was spotless, everything was outstanding. This modest hotel had super central setting. Moreover, it's close enough to beach and seafront and shops. Lobby bar was pleasant and reasonably priced.

I loved the place thanks to location and people. Impressive view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. Hotel a short walk to restaurants and bars. It was a just perfect experience, good price-value balance.

Would recommend as it's reasonably priced. It's stunningly beautiful place to stay 4 km away from Old Town Harbour Marina.

All in all everything was excellent, had a comfortable stay with experience.

the rooms with kitchen and private terrase, for example. very easy to get from lanzarote airport, just 0.5 miles.

Stayed here with my baby and everything was great. The room was spotless with nice big terraces and the staff kind.

I truly enjoyed staying in this 3 star hotel. Breakfast with gluten free options. Location: the property was close enough to the airport as well as the centre.

It was really spotless and interesting hotel, can recommend. The check-in was fast, the service was admirable, plus tranquil location. Room was reasonably large, had climate control, fridge and Wi-Fi. A beautiful beach, absolutely breathtaking view.

Everything here was amazing, and the weather was warm, loved it. Hot waffles and boiled eggs were LOVELY and overall there was lots of food.

Smallish hotel with super central position, incredible value for money. I was upgraded to a very specious apartment. Pool was excellent too. An authentic restaurant was pretty.

We loved the well maintained pool. We were a short walk from the beach. The best was the buffet meal.

This accommodation was lovely and very clean, it had very good drinks and food. Rooms open to a terrace.

We liked this hotel, including its nice location and staff. Apart from that, penita was 5 minutes' drive away. Fantastic bar on site.

the rooms were very spacious and the location was stunning. have a drink at the poolside bar. a large veranda is why we chose it. a recommended base for exploring puerto del carmen.
